On Vaction, and Optigold Crashes!

This is costing me a lot of money lately. I cannot even go out of town for a couple of days without Optigold crashing. What gives? Where is the fix? When will we get help?

Optigold pukes, customers have problems

Here's an email from a customer today with regard to Optigold.

"Hi Mia.Net Billing Team,

I wrote you an email on saturday, that I was not able to login to the client account to place the new credit card information. Can you please check my account?"

These guys were trying to pay a large amount on a hosting account. They got frustrated, and we are out some big buck. All because Optigold cannot remain stable.

It's Friday and Optigold is still running.

Will Optigold make it through the weekend? I'm on vacation this weekend, so i sure as hell hope so.

Optigold Secure Server Crashes

What the fuck? So far the DB server has been stable as hell for a week... Twice now the Secure / Online Sign up server has crashed... Well, not really crashed.. It just hangs.

How the hell am I supposed to sign up customers when this happens. HELP!!!!

Lucky me, Optigold still running

Well, once again, I have another one of those week long stints where for no apparent reason, Optigold just keeps running.

Lucky me!

I did manage to kill the secure signup server however last week while testing some new signup pages for our new Hosting Service, HostingLizard.Com.

Other than that, so far so good.

Not this time my friend... Yep, Optigold took a puke yet again, leaving customers stranded for yet another weekend..
